I live in Myrtle Beach SC and I have recently launched a project to save formerly Hard Rock Park/Freestyle Music Park from demolition in hopes of raising the money to be able to get a feasibility study by Peter Alexander of the Totally Fun Company and ultimately re-opening the park for good.

A feasibility study is required before approaching any investors such as venture capital firms or even individual lenders.
