The current version of this description is at Daredevil Falls.Large boats are boarded on a moving platform and ride through a sawmill before plunging from a waterfall billed as the "highest and fastest in America."
You WILL get wet on this one! These are rubber (solid, not inflated) boats that hold up to six people. They load you from large (to the rear) to smaller (front), so you may end up having a stranger between you and your kids. Your legs will be beside the person in front of you.
This is a f-a-s-t ride, but fun. Even the little folks seem to like it.
Beware if you don't like walking up the long side of a hill to get to this ride. It is the most inaccessible ride in the park. If you've ever been to Dollywood, it's above Dreamland Forest (where kids love to run through the water jets). -- Last edited by Douglas Slaten on May 23, 2008
