LudoBird, a counter-service fried-chicken restaurant from celebrity chef Ludo Lefebvre has opened at Universal Studios Hollywood's CityWalk.
Lefebvre is known for his appearances on "The Taste" and "Iron Chef America" as well as his work heading the kitchens of LA-area restaurants such as L'Orangerie, Bastide, and Trois Mec. Lefebvre's fried chicken debuted in LA in 2010 with his LudoTruck, followed by the opening of a LudoBird in Staple Center in 2013.
LudoBird opened in the old Jody Moroni's location, next to the expanded Universal Store. Here's the menu:
