Database hacked?

I just got an email, claiming to be from Apple, saying that I needed to open the attachment immediately or my apple ID would be locked. Obvious fake email. But it was sent to an address that I've only used here. Did anyone else get this email?

I haven't received anything like that.

Typically those types of emails send out millions of emails to anything that looks remotely like a valid email address and spams them to death until it hits upon someone who will open the attachment and infect their system.

I have been on this site for a very long time and received nothing like that from here...as my email address is one that doesn't fit the normal email parameters and makes it extremely difficult to guess at random.

I have a Master's Degree in this, so please let me know if you need more info.

Except that the email address I used for TPI is a random string of characters, and hasn't been listed anywhere else except my machine. I didn't think it was guessable. Oh well. Thanks for checking and sharing your experiences.
