Disneyland Resort has announced its 2018 promotion for Southern California residents.

2-Day Tickets
1-Park Per Day Ticket: $159 – a 20% savings
Park Hopper Ticket: $204 – over 15% savings
3-Day Tickets
1-Park Per Day Ticket: $199 – a 25% savings
Park Hopper Ticket: $244 – over 20% savings
Must be purchased by May 21st. Valid from today through May 24th, except for March 23 through April 8th.

Get it while you can. Next year Star Wars Land will open by May 2019, probably on Memorial Day Weekend. The new parking structure will open in early 2019. Disney won't have trouble filling their parks at all in the off season in early 2019.

If you remember last year's promotion, the 2018 version is a lot more expensive for what you get.
Last year, I believe it was $149 for a 3-day, one park per day ticket. This year, you only get 2 days, but the price is $159.
I believe that Disney doesn't feel like it really needs the promotion as much as last year, when the Rivers of America attractions (including Fantasmic) and Disneyland Railroad were all closed, so they were probably worried about lower attendance with so many closures in the park.
Last year's promotion was no doubt a lot more popular than they expected (see what happened on the last weekend of the promotion), plus Disney probably felt that the Paradise Pier closure wouldn't deter many people from visiting.
