Or the Timber Mountain Log Ride at Knott's Berry Farm, for that matter.

There was a lawsuit last year from children riding in parent's laps and injuring their faces on the front of the vehicle on the big splashdown.

Apparently the state of California is requiring Knott's to implement safety measures, which are in the implementation process right now.
