Firstly, get your picture. You can use an already existing image from somewhere like Google Images, or you can make your own. Save the particular picture to your computer by right-clicking and hitting "Save Image As..." or something along those lines.
Then, what I used to do is save all my pictures on Photobucket.com, but you can use any image hosting site (there's several if you look around). Create an account (most of them are free and only require an e-mail) and upload your picture(s). Then, you should have an option to take the image's HTML code, copy it, and paste it into your post.
HTML usually as something like "a href = *the image link* /a", all within angle brackets (< and >). Of course, if you cannot figure it out, a judge like myself will be happy to help out as long as you supply the pictures!
