Last year, our James Koehl wrote about visiting The Henry Ford in Michigan. This week, theme park design firm BRC Imagination Arts announced a new show that it has created for the Ford Rouge Factory Tour in the Henry Ford complex. The show depicts the design of Ford's new 2015 F-150 pickup truck. From the press release:

Visitors familiar with the Ford Rouge Factory Tour will have a whole new theatrical experience inside Theater 2, now titled “Manufacturing Innovation.” The reimagined theater, designed by BRC Imagination Arts, immerses visitors into the world of actual production – from concept to final testing – through state-of-the-art special effects including 3D projection mapping, laser effects and actual moving robots.

The Ford Rouge Factory Tour is probably the best public manufacturing tour I've experienced in my travels. I'm looking forward to seeing the new features.
