Universal Studios Hollywood is Looking for Tour Guides

Want to be a Studio Tour Guide at Universal Studios Hollywood? The park just announced an open call for guides, in preparation for the launch of its Nighttime Studio Tour this summer to celebrate the park's 50th anniversary.

From the park's press release:

Candidates interested in auditioning must possess the following attributes for consideration: friendly, engaging and enthusiastic; have a performance and/or public speaking background; are knowledgeable of film and television; have a charismatic live television camera presence; and must be at least 18 years of age.

They will need to come prepared with a resume and headshot and be available for a series of follow-up auditions on May 6 and final interviews the week of May 11. Full-time employment will begin on May 26, beginning with three weeks of fun, intensive training. For more information, please visit UniversalStudiosHollywood.com/auditions.

Just to complicated to get that Job with a Negative Chance of 1000 :1 - forget it!

No risk with giving it a try if you already fit the description. It won't help your resume if you later want to work in a different field, but it adds something unique and gives you a fun time and good memories that can never be taken away.
