Not only is it a 5k, which would kill me, but 7.30am?
You can take my place!

But I hope they do well

3.1 miles ain't that bad. Too bad I live in Ohio. A 5k in Orlando is a ton better than a 5 mile race on Thanksgiving.

5K is only 3.1 miles? Easy. Actually one of our crew on our new website and podcast is planning on running it. Its a great race at a great place.
