Vote of the week: Favorite Disney character for a photo?2007-11-02By Robert Niles: Yes, I snuck in another vote earlier this week. But here's this weekend's "official" vote. For which Disney character will you spend the most time in line to get a photo? Which is the one that will end up on your computer desktop, framed on your desk, blown-up on the wall? Proclaim your love in the comments.... If you voted "other," tell us whom you would have picked. Next week, we'll do a "run-off" vote with the top vote-getters from the poll and the comments. I love Mickey Mouse!!! From Matt Roseboom on November 2, 2007 at 3:38 PM
What about Sulley and Mike? From Claudine Deshaies on November 2, 2007 at 3:51 PM
I can never find Chip & Dale to get a photo taken with both of them. I have found one or the other, but not both. Just unlucky. I'll see them, but then when I get over to where they were, they're gone. From Robert Niles on November 2, 2007 at 3:54 PM
Sulley's on there. Don't see Mike much, but we can consider a vote for Sulley a vote for Mike, too. I've not seen Stitch in the parks recently, but I do apologize for forgetting Pluto. That said, I thought Cap'n Jack was gonna run away with this. It's early, though.... From Danny Melillo on November 2, 2007 at 4:25 PM
I voted Jack Sparrow, he always seems drunk when I talk to him, lol. From TH Creative on November 2, 2007 at 5:13 PM
Stitch OWNS Typhoon Lagoon. And the Stitch as Elvis costume is one of the company's BEST ever characters. From Iris Hernandez on November 2, 2007 at 8:37 PM
Definetely STITCH here.....I am probably the only person in the world that has a big stitch tattoo right above the ankle.I was also like 2 seconds away from naming my second daughter Lilo. In second place would've been Princess Aurora(aka Sleeping beauty)...I named my first daughter after her. From Anthony Murphy on November 2, 2007 at 10:01 PM
I picked Mr Incredible, but then again, he looks like my dad!
From Colleen M. on November 3, 2007 at 5:20 AM
I love Goofy! I got both my kids with him, and then me. I have always loved Goofy. From Paul Jeffs on November 3, 2007 at 5:28 AM
I can never find Genie - although he seems to be out and about at Flying Carpets at the MK and at Morocco in Epcot I never time it quite right... From David Sutter on November 3, 2007 at 5:30 AM
None........Much prefer the characters wlaking around the park...and snapping pics ...Now its kinda like seeing a mall Santa and paying for the pic From Randy Butler on November 3, 2007 at 5:35 AM
I was the oldest person in line and will be for a long time to get my picture made with Stitch! He actually doesnt just stand there and makes it well worth the wait! From Mark Walker on November 3, 2007 at 6:08 AM
Spider-man! From David Kildal on November 3, 2007 at 6:54 AM
Spider-Man isn't a Disney character, but I have to say Mickey Mouse. From JEANY SANCHEZ on November 3, 2007 at 7:58 AM
I Love Mickey Mouse! From Matthew Baker on November 3, 2007 at 8:13 AM
http://www.netxn.com/~poinsettia/remote/20070831_parade1_1058c.jpg Dare2BDifferent. Said character is already on my desktop :-) albeit with others from the parade. Actually there's several. Stitch would be way cool (my favorite Disney character)although I'll have to pretend I'm about three feet tall... Already got a good pic with Mickey earlier this year. I wouldn't at all have minded getting one with Mickey and Minnie when I saw them last month during the Halloween fest. I loved their costuming. I didn't want to feel too out of place among all the kiddos and parents waiting in the quite-long line though. From Karin S on November 3, 2007 at 8:30 AM
It's gotta be Mickey...after all, "it all started with a mouse." From Klark Kent 007 on November 3, 2007 at 9:13 AM
Ludwig Von Drake or Ranger Woodlore or Humphrey the Bear From Adrienne McDonald on November 3, 2007 at 9:34 AM
I tried to go back & resubmit my vote, I didn't see my fave on there so I clicked other. I meant to choose Donald Duck so since I can't seem to redo my vote, apparantly, that's who I voted for. :) From Eric Davis on November 3, 2007 at 12:28 PM
I voted "other," only because some of the best Disney characters to get pictures with are villains!! I LOVE meeting with Cruella de Vil. She's always trying to get my puppy from me, and when that doesn't succeed, she resorts to making me kneel next to her for the picture. :) The Tremaine Family, when they're all together, is a great photo-op, too. Sadly I've never been able to get a picture with them, but I would the moment I saw them! From Sybil Hayes on November 3, 2007 at 3:17 PM
Its hard not to vote for the big three (Mickey, Donald, and Goofy), but my request would be Eyore...my 24 year old's favorite for 23 years...and mine too. From Mark Walker on November 4, 2007 at 12:59 AM
Err...David, you do know I was kidding right?
From Lawrence Smith on November 4, 2007 at 11:55 AM
Donald Duck all the way baby!!! From Joe Brown on November 4, 2007 at 11:00 PM
I have to go with Jasmine, just becasue she was uber hot the one time I saw her! From Rob P on November 5, 2007 at 7:17 AM
I said Mickey but we've only waited ( albeit briefly) to be photo'd with Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee. From Bradley Robertson on November 5, 2007 at 8:38 AM
I waited over an hour to get a picture with Mickey at Disneyland, but since I now have pictures with Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip & Dale I would love to get one with Donald and Daisy. From Lee Mak on November 5, 2007 at 10:59 AM

I'm starting a write-in campaign for Grumpy. He's just so misunderstood. This article has been archived and is no longer accepting comments. |
