Although still hush as stated, not the biggest of surprises, just log onto their web site and Orlando flashes and has a link. No news on the link yet, been checking for a while now. I guess I'll check back June 25th. From James Rao on June 22, 2008 at 7:28 AM
Ferris Wheels are relaxing fun once they get going, but far too much time is spent loading and unloading. Now, an ultra giant Ferris Wheel with tons of capsules holding 40+ passengers each....ugh...talk about a slow loader. Do they have some sort of advanced loading system to diminish wait times and lengthen the actual ride time?? Sitting up at the top of a revolving observation deck for hours waiting to unload may not be my idea of a good time.... Do they serve booze in the capsules? Now that's a fine idea. A barkeep at the base to serve drinks for the ride, perhaps some music that doesn't remind you of the dentist's office, cushioned seats in the capsules... I think that as long as they make the capsules comfortable, it will be fine From Joshua Counsil on June 22, 2008 at 1:27 PM
This is excellent. I can't believe the size of these things - the website is really excellent, but I couldn't find any videos of their wheels in motion. From Pat Ott on June 23, 2008 at 8:43 AM
Hope it can stand up to the hurricanes here and the storms. This article has been archived and is no longer accepting comments. |
