I wanted to draw your attention to a couple of discussions about recent news developments:

  • Themeparks too Pricey?: Karin S asks, following Disney's announcement yesterday that it is raising ticket prices at Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
  • Three Broomsticks to be constructed: Amanda Jenkins writes about Universal Orlando's announcement about the upcoming restaurant in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

I had the pleasure of seeing the new concept art for the Three Broomsticks last night before crashing after work. This didn't really surprise me, seeing as the prior poll was asking where you'd like to sit down for a drink, according to locations from the books. The Three Broomsticks won by a pretty wide margin.

Even so, it's pretty interesting art. Look at some of the details in the picture.
