I am getting ready for school right now and I do not feel hungry. I am going to skip breakfast again. That food picture does not look good because I am a vegetarian. The eggs look good though. I am so ready for the weekend! From 86.46.115.165 on October 9, 2009 at 4:47 AM
where is the bacon? From James Koehl on October 9, 2009 at 4:57 AM
Helena, you do realize that eggs don't come from eggplants. don't you? ;+) From Brandon Grayson on October 9, 2009 at 7:24 AM
Ah, I can't wait for the Fright Dome tomorrow!!!! From Helena Polansky on October 10, 2009 at 12:42 PM
LOL, James. Soon I won't be eating eggs or milk. I am trying to become a vegan. So far, I have been a vegetarian for a little over a year. From James Koehl on October 10, 2009 at 5:59 PM
Helena, glad you took my comment in the tongue-in-cheek tone I meant it. As a dedicated carnivore, proud of having survived millions of years of evolution and having reached the top of the food chain (not counting the occasional run-in with a grizzly bear, shark, or old lady at a flea market) I have never understood the vegan attraction, but I wish you well on it. Why are you trying to become a vegan, though? Milk products, eggs, etc. certainly don't cause their donors pain, let alone death. I know this is off topic, so feel free to tell me MYOB. And if you ever come to Cedar Point in Sandusky , Ohio, on America's North Coast, be sure to check out the salad bar in the Planet Snoopy restaurant. It is a truly outstanding salad bar, with lots of fresh fruit, vegies, and tons of toppings. From 72.64.183.85 on October 11, 2009 at 9:47 AM
James. I have been a vegetarian because I feel that producers do not treat their animals fairly. If you have time, please check out this video. I am not trying to turn you into a vegen or vegetarian. I just want to show you these videos to explain why I am a vegetarian. Right now, I will not eat any Land O' Lakes products including milk and butter. Also, thanks for the tip! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNikkqitEbU&feature=player_embedded This article has been archived and is no longer accepting comments.
