I just got back from DCA for Mickey’s Trick or Treat Party. They are still working day and night on it so it’s not filling up yet; however I have heard word from a maintenance technician today that they do need to start filling up soon, possibly by the end of the month. I've heard a rumor Disney has begun to refill that stone lake at DCA. Could you take some shots of that mess to see if there are any changes?
