March 26, 2010 at 1:13 PM · This is a strange contest, pitting a grand but plodding spectacle against a small but scrappy comedy show. I enjoyed Lion King's acrobatics and stagecraft, but the show seemed to stagger under the weight of its own regal bigness. On the other hand, the Make-up Show offers the giddy pleasure of comics and craftsmen left alone to do what makes them laugh. The Make-up Show may be number two in this poll, but like Avis, it tries harder.

March 26, 2010 at 2:42 PM · I voted for the Horror Make Up Show, I haven't actually seen Festival of the Lion King, but have researched it and although it does look really good I think the horror make up show is really unique theme park entertainment and is something that both me and my boyfriend enjoy where I didn't succeed in persuading him to watch the Lion King

March 26, 2010 at 3:57 PM · I'm still sticking with my favorite - the Horror Make-Up Show. I don't remember ever seeing Lion King, but I was never too keen on singing/musical performances.

March 27, 2010 at 12:02 PM · duhhh....horror make up show deserves the vote way better than festival of the lion king, horror make up show is more interactive,outright funny, and is also set in a more intimate environment. My favorite part is when they tell the kid in the front row, "we're not at disney world.. we dont have to be nice to you.
