I don't think I have much chance if my votes don't count. Why am I always involved with "voting irregularities" like this? Did I run over Pluto with my car or something?

Hmmm. Might be an interesting attraction for a future Disney park.

January 11, 2011 at 5:15 PM · I think everyone did well. However, i did see flaws. Anthony, when i first read the name i instantly though of a cross from Disney Sea and IOA. But it seemed to be just a disney version of IOA. Some of the attractions and the volcano sounded cool though. I doubt anything like this would ever come to reality and i wouldn't want it. It would show that disney only creates lands based on movies. I know Universal does this(somewhat), but Disney isn't a company to copy others. James, I love an idea of a sky themed park. Many of the rides, lands, and castle seem great! However, some of them weren't that great and could have been done better. Dan, I have always disliked the idea of a villains park. However, you shed a new light on that idea that i had never thought of. It was great. I kind of wished you had just stuck with an evil opposite of the basic lands,(like realm of tomorow, fantasy, adventure, and frontier, but with different names. Maybe the Dark Frontier, Frightening Fantasy, or something like that. Other than that, I really liked it. You got my vote. Historically I think James has done the best(in general) but Dan you did great for the final!
January 11, 2011 at 5:18 PM · oops, the above/below comment(Robert hasn't let it come up yet) is mine.(the one of never liking a villain park idea until Dan's showed up).
January 11, 2011 at 5:21 PM · DisneySky was easily th best. Dark Kindom? Seriously unoriginal people. A theme park based entirely on dark things lacks the true depth of a "theme" it's one dimensional. The entire time in that park would be devoted to one theme- evil and frankly that's just boring. It's like a song played with just one note or a dance with the same step. Flat and dead.

DisneySky FTW! I had always heard about this idea but it was nice to hear an actual concept for it. Not quite sure how Tron fits the sky theme though, and a few things were mixed that shouldn't have been like Phineas and Ferb mixed with more serious stuff, but over all good job. You should win the whole thing imho

Scott, who does all my pictures, is too poor to afford internet, so he uses our computer with his own log-in. He is registered with TPI. Since we have voted once on this computer that means he can't vote. That somehow does not seem right.
January 11, 2011 at 5:50 PM · I voted for James. Dan, as good as I thought the Dark Kingsdom was, there were too many coasters. I am afraid of heights, and I don't think that there would be much to do there for me.
January 11, 2011 at 7:37 PM · Wow, people are a bit nasty :) I guess I have never had to worry about it in the past LOL.

Besides the Lost Continent, all the rest of the Islands are based on movie series or shows in IOA.

No matter, its just fun to play!

January 11, 2011 at 8:28 PM · I know Anthony!

My park was meant to be a thrill park. The park is the opposite of the MK hence the reason of using Villains.

January 11, 2011 at 8:30 PM · Sorry Anthony, I just thought that yours was too similar to IOA and that the "Cove" was misleading. Also, my (accidentally not logged in post is the one above my logged in post).
January 11, 2011 at 9:14 PM · Ha!

Its all good!

As for the other submissions, I really liked them and I know it was a longshot for me to win since I have come in the top three for all the TPA (2nd, 3rd, and looks like 3rd).

As for the future of TPA, I am not sure if I can play anymore because I am pretty much out of ideas or have been around long enough to remember others submissions. I am simply running out of characters strong enough to make lands, rides, or shows.

Oh well, I will defend Tron though! I feel that it has the potental for being a land and a "world" that can be expanded.

January 12, 2011 at 11:11 AM · Walt Disney would never have approved of a "dark park". it read to me like taking a trip into Mirkwood Forest, and Mount Doom at the center. I think most kids would be frightened of that place. Not exactly fitting with the Disney theme of family entertainment.

and weren't they considering something like this several years ago and they abandoned the concept?
