Busch Gardens' Cheetah Hunt coaster nears completion

February 24, 2011, 7:23 PM · Busch Gardens Tampa has just released some new construction video for its upcoming roller coaster, Cheetah Hunt:

Cheetah Hunt will open May 27, the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.

February 24, 2011 at 8:22 PM · Really excited about this one! I think Seaworld Parks does a great job with their coasters(and in general). I hope this would be their Manta "land" version with the exhibit and everything else. I hope they get credit for it too. Seems as if most people only praise and criticized Disney/Universal but Seaworld Parks gets no mentions. I know a lot of people don't even bother going to Seaworld not to mention BGT, "all the way in Tampa!" but I love those parks.

I know a lot of people are going to be more interested in seeing the Tomorrow Land expansion. But for me, this will be number one on my next trip's to do list!

February 25, 2011 at 4:19 PM · BGT is my go to park for the thrill rides, the rest are just long walks with interesting things to do.

This ride will be on top of my list next time I visit Florida.
