Universal Orlando Summer Concert Series lineup announced; Drake, Nelly, Third Eye Blind, and more

Universal Orlando today announced it's Summer Concert Series lineup via Facebook:

"Announcing...(drum roll, please)...this year's Summer Concert Series lineup! That's right, you can rock out to artists including Drake, Nelly, Third Eye Blind and more!"

June Concerts:

June 11 - Go-Go's
June 18 - Nelly
June 25 - Third Eye Blind

July Concerts:

July 2 - Trey Songz
July 9 - Boys Like Girls
July 16 - Drake

All concerts start at 9:00 pm and are included with a paid Universal Studios admission, Annual Pass, or Multiday ticket.

Not like I'm heading to Universal, but the only one of these "artists" I'd have even a modicum of interest in seeing is the Go-Go's..and I've seen them three times over the years. Besides, I don't think my girlfriend would appreciate a revival of my long-ago crush on Jane Wiedlin.

Hey, I'd go watch some Third Eye Blind. They made some great records. Good songs that take me back to the high school days.

Universal at least owes them a paying gig. After all they probably used "Graduate" and "Semi-Charmed Life" on at least 10 teen comedies/young adult dramas in the late 90's.
