Where in the world of theme parks is this? (June 15, 2011 edition)

It's time again to play our weekly photo game. Here's a snippet of a photo that I've taken on my various theme park journeys. You tell me in which park the photo was taken, and what ride/show/restaurant/landmark it depicts.

Roof of Soarin' @ Epcot, not DCA. DCA Soarin' has a metallic finish, this one is painted light blue to blend with the Florida sky.

Roof of Land Pavilion at Epcot-Soarin' doesn't actually have an individual roof.

Soarin' in EPCOT, building is painted sky blue to be less noticeable.

Yes, it is Soarin', as the first guesses answered. But Seth has it right. This is the Epcot version.
