There were a couple of entries here that I loved, but weren't even in the running for my vote because of no veggie option. Special thanks to Dan, Colin, and Eric, for not neglecting the vegetarians :)!

June 27, 2011 at 5:50 PM · Hey this is Dominick posting (I dont have time right now to log in), and KJ, I had a few vegetarian options on my menu.

June 27, 2011 at 6:50 PM · Brenden, sign up started in May but got full. You might have a chance next year.

Sorry everyone, I didn't mean to imply that the three people I mentioned were the only ones with any veg options on their menus- they were just the ones that stood out to me as having actual, planned, good-sounding (to me) entrees. Spaghetti and/or pizza were on a few menus- usually good options for a vegetarian when there's nothing else, but that's different than offering a fully-planned entree. (Believe me, I'm thrilled when I see spaghetti or pizza at some places- lots of restuarants don't even offer anything without meat). I also realize that the focus of this challenge was not the actual menu items. I think you ALL did a fantastic job with this challenge, and it was one of my favorites to read through so far!
