Here's Your Alternative for When Cinderella's Royal Table is Closed Next Year

November 12, 2014, 3:55 PM · Many fans planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort early next year have noticed that Disney's not been accepting reservations for the ever-popular Cinderella's Royal Table restaurant in the castle at the Magic Kingdom. That's because the restaurant is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment, starting January 5 and through March 6, 2015.

So... does Cinderella order her evil stepsisters to refurb her restaurant?

In the meantime, Disney announced today that Cinderella's character meals will move over to the Grand Floridian Resort's Citricos restaurant. Cinderella and the Disney princesses will appear at breakfast and brunch only, starting January 8. Disney will start taking reservations on Dec. 4 via +1-407-WDW-DINE, with annual passholders and DVC members getting a head start on Dec. 3. The character meals will be covered under the Disney Dining Plan, though they will require double credits. If you're not on the dining plan, the cost for adults is $49.99. Meals for kids 3-9 will be $31.99.

November 18, 2014 at 9:07 AM · We're heading to Disney World for the first time in February, and we were super disappointed to see that the Royal Table would be closed during our stay. Be Our Guest also had no reservations available during the entire length of our stay (though I'm trying to find one every day!). We may just have to head over Citrico's!
