Universal Orlando Is Taking Your Questions, via Social Media

July 20, 2015, 6:19 PM · Got a question your want to ask the people at the Universal Orlando Resort? Universal announced today that it's bulked up its social media staff, to answer visitors' questions about the resort via Facebook and Twitter.

Universal team members will be available to answer questions live between 9am and 6pm Eastern Time on Monday through Friday. Visitors should direct their question to @UniversalORL on Twitter or send a message on Universal Orlando's Facebook page. You can use the hashtag #AskUniversal, too.

Of course, we couldn't resist the opportunity to ask a question that's been nagging us and to which we, even as a Theme Park Insider, do not know the answer. Universal Orlando didn't respond — but they didn't need to, as another reader beat them to the perfect answer, anyway.

If you'd like to use social media to connect with other popular theme parks, here are the official accounts you should be asking:

Are you sure this is a official account and not some hack like me creating an account like this?

I do not see the verified check box on Twitter...

Never mind I was looking at wrong thing called Universal core...
