Preview Morimoto Asia... and Learn about Disney Springs' New Underground Club

September 17, 2015, 2:37 PM · Morimoto Asia, one of the splashier new restaurants to be part of Disney Springs, is getting ready to open Sept. 30. I got a preview of the place — including an exclusive peek at the backstage kitchens — while all 200 of the employees and a couple dozen construction workers hurried to be ready for the debut. Check out some of the pictures and a video.

Also in Disney Springs news, I got a few details on a couple of other venues that are planned: Walt’s, a restaurant, and Neverland Tunnels, a bar that will make use of the space beneath the former Adventurers Club. Here's more.

September 18, 2015 at 4:36 AM · Is it possible that Walt's is going to be a copy of (or inspired by) the Disneyland Paris restaurant of the same name - that happens to be listed as the only "Must Do" restaurant on the DLP page.
