Disney's D23 also will celebrate the opening of Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida and the Pixar Pier overlay at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim with special member events at the openings of both next summer. In addition, D23 will host its first tour of the Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville, California at a date next year to be announced.
Other events will include a return event to Marceline, Missouri - the town where Walt Disney grew up, tours of the Disney Studios lot in Burbank, screenings of new and classic Disney films, and lunches with Disney cast members who have been named Disney Legends by the company.

In addition to these events in the United States, D23 again will bring its D23 Expo to Japan, in February next year. That event will run at the Tokyo Disney Resort from February 10 through February 12, 2018.
