Let's take a lap around the world's biggest racing-themed park

September 23, 2018, 7:28 PM · One of my favorite highlights from last summer's theme park trips was my first chance to visit the world's largest racing-themed park: Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.

I'm a lifelong racing fan, but of IndyCar, instead of Formula 1. But even I appreciate the dominance of the Scuderia Ferrari over more than 60 years of international competition. (And, for what it's worth, Ferrari did enter Indy once, with F1 World Champion Alberto Ascari in 1952. He crashed out early, though.) And Abu Dhabi's Ferrari World is as impressive as the team's F1 beasts.

I wrote about my trip to Ferrari World during the media event for the opening of Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi next door. But I didn't upload my walking tour of the park until just now. So please accept my apologies for the delay and enjoy this (rather slow) lap around Ferrari World!

Thanks for posting this, Robert. I have lived in Abu Dhabi for the past 5 years and have been to Tokyo DisneySea more than Ferrari World.
IMO, it's an OK park with two great coasters. Otherwise it's a nicely air conditioned and themed Ferrari museum.
And Chad H is right, super smooth...
