Save with the deals of the week: Legoland Florida & Cedar Fair

May 20, 2019, 2:34 PM · As always, I want to thank each of you for visiting and reading Theme Park Insider. But having gotten to meet many of you over the years, I know that you'd much rather be out there in the parks rather than somewhere else reading about them.

So let's do something to get you off the Internet and into a theme park, shall we? Each week here on Theme Park Insider, I will be featuring some of the current discount ticket deals that we are offering on our tickets and travel pages. These will include exclusive deals that are the best ones out there for certain parks, so please, always do check with us when pricing theme park tickets and vacation packages!

Let's start this week with some great deals on Legoland Florida. The park just opened its new The Lego Movie World, including the all-new The Lego Movie Masters of Flight flying theater show. Here's the POV:

But of course, the ride is much better in person. On our Legoland Florida tickets page right now, we are offering one-day tickets for $73.70 for adults and $69.85 for children — that's a big drop from the $99.99 a person (plus tax) gate price. Add a second day for just a little over $15, bringing the two-day ticket prices to $89.05 and $85.21. We have discounts available on water park tickets, too.

Legoland Florida is hardly the only regional park with a popular new attraction this year. Carowinds is running its new Copperhead Strike roller coaster this summer and you can get in with some deals on Carowinds tickets.

We have one-day discounted Carowinds tickets on sale for just $47 — a $27 discount from the $73.24 front gate price. Discounts on two-day tickets and a "Stay & Play" vacation package are also available.

We also have deals on tickets to other Cedar Fair theme parks. At Kings Dominion, which debuted a highly rated RMC conversion last year in Twisted Timbers, we have one-day tickets available for as little as $34 — less than half the $70 front gate price. (You also can save $5 by ordering parking in advance through us, too.)

For Kings Island, we have tickets available from $39.99 for one day, which is up to $30 off the regular price. And for Cedar Point, we have one-day tickets from $51 — up to $24 off.

And last week's deals for Universal Orlando remain available. These deals give you three extra days at the resort when you buy a two-day ticket, including regular admission, Park to Park tickets (required to ride the Hogwarts Express), and three-park tickets that include Volcano Bay. These five-day deals start at $230 per person, which is less than $50 a day to visit one of the hottest theme park resorts in the world this summer. (And if you're not excited for a Universal Orlando visit yet, check out our first look at the upcoming Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure.)

See you in the parks!
