I've never eaten at Le Cellier, notably because the best steaks I've eaten are usually in the mid-western U.S. I think Le Cellier should either be a British Columbian or Maritime seafood-heavy restaurant. If B.C.-themed, oysters and other Pacific fare should be the focus. If Maritime-themed, salmon, lobsters, and the like are always a good choice.
One other thing - why are they serving American Zinfandel and steaks on a Canadian menu? There are many delicious Canadian wines available for import, and Alberta beef is renowned for its flavor.

One might be better off taking the boat to the Boardwalk and eating at one of their excellent restaurants for the same price.
