do you have to put a down payment that is non refundable, if not this program is a joke. All of the tables will be full, but 1/8 of the people will ever show, big mistake.

I've been trying all day to book both by phone (all circuits are busy) and web (the reservation system is not available) aggh! Surely there was a better way to open this window!

I'm thinking the same as Jack.

How does this work well when they require no money for the reservation? I looked and it seems no money is required. People have nothing to actually make them either call to cancel the reservation or to stick to something they planned months before. Can someone explain how it is beneficial for the park?
