Published: March 18, 2010 at 12:34 PMWaterworld is a billion times better than its source material. Action packed, and has some great live stunts! A great insight to how intense stunts are in person. An explosion on screen doesn't have the same intensity as it does in person. And water stunts are a different creature on its own! And I can still hear the intro music to Miami Vice...
And something tells me I need sleep as I think I accidentally voted for Katonga.
Published: March 18, 2010 at 12:45 PMHow is Water World a 10 seed? Anyway WW is just a fantastic show that never gets old. The stunts, the action, and the characters all are fun and thats what makes it my 3rd favorite live show. Unfortunately it gets the 2 seed(and my favorite show) in the second round if it advances.
Published: March 18, 2010 at 1:00 PMCan I just say that I hope this doesn't become an East Coast/ West Coast thing, or Theme Park Loyalty voting? I'd hate to see a great attraction go down against a (relatively)mediocre one only because it was going up against a park with fan loyalty. Didn't something like that happen last year?
Published: March 18, 2010 at 2:03 PMWaterworld, without a doubt. Katonga is good, but feels thrown together, like they took all the good elements of Festival of the Lion King but didn't know what to do with them.
Published: March 18, 2010 at 2:54 PMSorry to those Busch Gardens fans who came in after the vote ended. First-round match-ups are two hours. You can find the complete schedule of future match-ups at www.themeparkinsider.com/tournament.
