Love it! Is it considered cheating to blow on other people's ice to make it melt faster?

I used to do that as a wee lad..but I didn't know it was a game. And I'm certainly no longer a "wee" lad. But considering my unabashed love for roller coasters and amusement parks, I might be a "wheeee!" lad.

Touching, blowing on or otherwise disturbing someone else's ice is an immediate DQ.

But provoking someone to disturb his *own* ice? Totally within the rules.
