Published: September 15, 2010 at 9:04 PMSo can you only get your selection of Tacos and Quesidilla's at the counter service still? That has been my main disappointemnt in eating options at Mexico. I know there is more to Mexican cusine than just tacos, but come on!
Published: September 16, 2010 at 4:48 AMSo the kids choices at the counter service are cheese empanadas or chicken fingers? What exactly does Disney think children eat? My son wouldn't want either of those, he'd prefer a taco or burrito. It's like at Pizzafari when the kids menu did not include pizza. It makes no sense. The people who plan the kids' meals at Disney restaurants must not have any children of their own or their kids must not eat a big variety of foods.
Published: September 16, 2010 at 5:40 AMWe ate at the quick service location at Mexico in Epcot on our last visit in May 2009. It had to be the worst food we have ever had on Disney property.
And we LOVE mexican.
Published: September 16, 2010 at 7:05 AMTo be fair, Disney closed the old version of the counter service restaurant at Epcot and replaced it with this. I'd like to hear from someone who has tried this new version and can come it with the older one.
FWIW, there are kids tacos available on the children's menu at La Hacienda.
