I would say Pearl, this kindly old woman that worked at the American Adventure in EPCOT. She seemed super excited and priviliged to present to us the American Adventure. I didn't see her the last time I was there however! Hope she is ok.

I have to say I find the most professional employee's at Disney theme parks. This one guy sticks out. We were at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and it was a buffet type place, with african treats, and lots of delicious food. Our waiter was the nicest, most attentive guy we've ever encountered, and he made our visit to this restaurant even better! I wish I could remember his name, but he worked his butt off. I remember he took a seat next to us and said, "Oh boy I am very tired, I'm just going to relax with you for a bit. How are you enjoying your stay?" He saw his boss and said, "Oops, I'm going to have to get back up." He was great.

Given her recent video on the internet, I'd have to say Minnie Mouse at the Paris Disneyland. She obviously bends over backwards to make the other employees happy. I can now understand why it's called the Happiest Place on Earth. ;)

When our oldest son was 3-years-old, we took him to the Magic Kingdom for the 1st time. (He's 16 now, so it was 13 years ago.) We got there at 10 AM and he had to go on Dumbo first thing. There was a red-headed female CM working the ride. She looked like a young, thin version of Sarah Ferguson, but with a heavy southern accent.

She was so friendly, joking with the kids , getting them to sing, playing with them. She was impressive even by Disney standards. As the park was getting ready to close (around 10 PM), my son wanted to ride Dumbo one last time. When we got there, she was still there and she was just as happy and smiling, 12 hours later. Incredible.

Don't know about best employee ever, but I currently give my nod to two of the chain saw carrying zombies at Universal Studios Orlando Halloween Horrow nights. One is a petite lady dressed up like Alice in Wonderland and the other is a non-descript crazy hiding at the exit of one of the mazes next to the Jaws attraction. Both deserve kudos for putting their all into scaring the guests.

OK, my nomination is for JERRY at MEN IN BLACK.

This guy always talks to guests, always tells the kids, and the big kids, where to shoot for maximum points.

He really does go beyond for his guests! Never remembers me though :-( (Or perhaps he's just ignoring me , Hmmmmmmm)

the best theme park worker would have to Tim Martian. He was the manger on duty at Disney's Carribean Beach. Unfornatuly we got to meet him beacuse of a accident but we has very prompt to getting there continued to call to make sure everybody was okay and made out experiance worth while.
