This photo is taken at Disney California Adventure park in Anaheim. It's on a sort of "secret path" that takes you around the western edge of Grizzly River Run in the Golden State area of the park. This particular section of ore cars are located just under the lift hill of Grizzly River Run, just before you encounter the water fall and next to the abandoned jeep.
