Ehh... I dont feel as though think park will be able to compete. It looks like a wild adventures. No shade, lots of water. I doubt I would ever go.

That concept art looks like the most cramped park I've ever seen.

What about access and egress for those parking garages? There's either too much parking, or not enough road.

Queues? Food? Shade? Guest flow within the park? Noise? That measly narrow pond and fountains aren't going to be enough to mute this thing.

Either the park fails to attract many people, in which case what's the point, or it overwhelms this site. Neither's a good option for proceeding.

Please allow me a moment, however, to pause in incredulity at the thought of a current Florida government agency telling a developer "no." Wow. I didn't think it possible.
