Published: December 5, 2006 at 12:07 PMI find that while the price isnt cheap, I don get my monmey's worth when I visit a major theme park ala Disney/Universal/Busch etc. Now if I went on a siper busy day when lines are very long like what happens in Summer I may feel differently. I find that the higher price keeps out of riff-raff so you dont have crowds of kids going nuts with unruly behavior which is typical of SF parks. Im willing to pay as long as the value is there which I believe it is.
Published: December 6, 2006 at 12:26 AMIts all supply and demand! They will keep pushing the prices because people will come. Disney is the biggest culprit in this. At least Six Flags gives you a ridiculous amount of money off for a theme park. But yeah......everybody is getting so expensive! I have a group of friends who want to go to Disney World with Airfare from Chicago and only wants to spend 500 the entire trip!
