Published: January 19, 2007 at 5:15 PMI doubt it would overlay Test Track, given the sponsor commitments there. However, I'm trying to remember if Chevron bailed on Autopia. If so, that could be a possibility. But I've heard talk of a high-speed Cars ride in California Adventure, so that's what I presume the concept art depicts.

Published: January 19, 2007 at 6:25 PMYep, we've been talking about this for months. But this is the first time Disney's officially released anything that addresses these attractions. The official announcement is coming next week, at a press junket at Walt Disney World.

What about the Monster's Inc ride? It looks like Buzz Lightyear!
I hope Disney WOrld gets a Disneysea. It would be a great asset, though a bit of a copy of IOA I imagine.
Published: January 21, 2007 at 3:33 PMGolden Dreams is still there. Al reports a lot of stuff that's at early to intermediate stages, not yet decided by the Disney upper-ups, so don't expect those reports always to come true. Even if this one did, as Al wrote, it could be 2-3 years before it closes.
My interpretation of the concept art is that the Toy Story and Monsters Inc images are scenes from the same ride. The Pixar Midway Mania ride, as I understand it, would include scene from each Pixar film. (Though I have heard Cars pitched as another, outside track ride attraction as well. That is what I believe that art image refers.)
As for the new park, my guess would be a second gate in Hong Kong. That's the only Disney installation with only one park now, and it seems to need a second gate to achieve any critical mass in attracting out-of-market tourists. I cannot imagine another Disney theme park in the U.S. for quite some time.
