Im sure my 10 year old may enjoy the Universal parade, but my oldest will be sending texts and rolling her eyes whole time... I will have to see the lagoon show for myself, but it looks better than 360 in all the videos and photos.

We stopped for most of the parades at Disney because they were both a lot younger. Disney does do a great job with them, however. I liked the night show at Epcot as well. The Magic Kingdom parade, fireworks and Tinkerbell on the wire 80 feet up was something I will always remember.

Why would they dedicate a float to Hop? No one remembers it.

I couldnt help myself and watched the show :) ... i thinks its pretty good, but 2 thing i noticed:
1- how below average universal as a movie production company has become in the last decade just by looking at the movies shown in the show.
2- its a good thing they embrace their history, but when i went for the first time almost 20 years ago i believed the park was a great way to experience the great movies again and to serve as a gateway for the younger generations to see these movies for the first time. But the last few years they replaced king kong, back to the future, jaws, and how knows in the future maybe terminator and ET; but these movies are shown a lot in the show, it makes no sense. I wil always say it, build new rides but also keep the classics, disney does it, they relaunched star wars and kept its essence, and you can still ride old attractions like peter pan, pirates, etc.

The parade looks very good, but the nighttime show didn't impresse me.
