Robert,
Did you prefer Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril to Raging Spirits or vice versa? Or did you not notice any difference? I've read elsewhere that the padding on the Tokyo version is so excessive such that it negates any thrill.
Enjoy reading about the foreign Disney parks; keep up the good work.

Loved the storytelling of Pirates in Paris! Considering I may not be able to go to Paris, Tokyo, or HK in the near future, I'll have to live vicariously through Robert for now! Thankfully, Robert can write unlike 99% of the internet!

Adventureland and Frontierland in DLP are two of my favorite Disney lands anywhere. So much storytelling, and so much detail that it really is staggering.

Pirates in DLP is, for my money, the best Disney attraction I've ever been on. The scale, length, scope, and just overall sensory overload is fantastic. I love the sword fighting pirates, and being in the fort as it's attacked by the pirates.

The only bad things about DLP's Adventureland is the gaping holes left by not having a Jungle Cruise, or the planned clone of the Indiana Jones Adventure. These two additions would make it my favorite land anywhere.

This version of Pirates is the best, far far better than the truncated version stuck at Magic Kingdom Orlando.

This version of Pirates is the best, far far better than the truncated version stuck at Magic Kingdom Orlando. I love the two little drops in the dark, a great little surprise if you're not expecting them.
