Treat, fo' sho'!!! There's almost nothing better than eating all the Milky Ways I am supposed to hand out to visiting trick or treaters! Hey, they can have all the lousy Tootsie Rolls they want! The Milky Ways are mine!

The three most important uses of chocolate are:

1) Cake
2) Sauce
3) To provide a container for peanut butter on Halloween. (Or any other time of the year, for that matter.)

I just stopped by Robert Niles's house for trick or treating and was given a bunch of pamphlets for improving my investment strategy. Does that count as a trick or a treat?

Unfortunately, Halloween basically didn't exist in this area.
Not a single trick or treater around.

As far as the vote, the whole tri-state area could certainly use a treat right about now.
