Published: May 6, 2013 at 4:05 PMMy son and I plan on being there Opening Day, early admission with our Platinum Passes, running to Gatekeeper with the rest of the coaster geeks! Can't wait! Now I wonder if they got Blue Streak repaired in time for opening day.

Published: May 6, 2013 at 7:08 PMMy son and I watched the videos and had two thoughts: 1) This is not a coaster on which you'd want to ride with your arms up. 2) A more appropriate name for the coaster could have been "Decapitator."
Yeah, there are some sweet near-misses on this one. Can't wait to ride it someday.

Published: May 6, 2013 at 8:08 PMNope, not gonna ride it if I ever get to Cedar Point. Either way, the sequel Keymaster should be better ;)
Published: May 6, 2013 at 9:30 PMThat looks awesome, regardless of which side you're on. The name "Gatekeeper" is kinda lame, though. I'll be there in October, can't wait. It's always nice to ride a coaster while it's still new and smooth running.

The part that goes through those towers are just great. I had a friend who liked to drive from Tampa to Cedar Point (non-stop) just for the weekend. I have heard people say that Cedar Point is even better than Disney world. Mmmmm, apples and oranges. Still, coasters like this one is what make so many people love that park (plus the gorgeous geography)
