Obviously this isn't a lot of help if you live in the US and are only visiting for a day or two but if you are one of the many UK visitors it's worth knowing that your snack credits are valid at the Festival kiosks.
Maybe it is because I am from Chicago, but I don't find the food expensive for the quantity and quality you get. However, it can add up very fast so my best tip is to share. Share everything with your friends and family. Take a bite, take a swig. If you really like something, come back later. Here are my favorites:
Cheddar Cheese Soup (Canada) Tacos (Mexico)German Beer (Germany) Waffle (Belgium) Cheese Plate (Ireland) Empanadas (Argentina) Ropa Veja (Carribean) Mongolian Beef (China) Chicken Roll (Morocco) Keifta (Morocco) Chicken "sushi" (Japan)
There are some that are missing, but you know....
Do you really need to list all the ordinary foods?
Cheddar Cheese Soup (Canada) - ordinary.Tacos (Mexico) - ordinary.German Beer (Germany) - ordinary.Waffle (Belgium) - ordinary.Cheese Plate (Ireland) - ordinary.Empanadas (Argentina) - ordinary.Ropa Veja (Carribean) - ordinary.Mongolian Beef (China) - ordinary.Chicken Roll (Morocco) - ordinary.Keifta (Morocco) - ordinary.Chicken "sushi" (Japan) - ordinary.
Do I need to remind you what I said? It is right about your post.
