Since everyone and his cousin has a digital camera now, I don't see why Disney doesn't just retire the Photopass system. Pretty annoying to have those cards repeatedly forced on us when we take plenty of our own pics, thank you.

I must admit those photographers come in handy when we want them to take a picture of our whole group!

P.S.: $149?? I can buy a new camera for that price!

We usually end up getting it because if you take at least 10 good professional pictures, we always thought it was worth it! The photopass was one of the better working aspects of the MagicBands

For those of us who hold the title of 'Dad' photopass is a lifesaver. Poor old Dad, and lately for me 'Grandad', is the guy that carries the camera and takes the pictures. The result of this is that Dad/Grandad never appears in photos and can often never fully enjoy an event as he's having to concentrate on taking pictures. Photopass ensures that Dad/Grandad can appear in photos and if you use it to the full and pay the money for the CD of photos at the end of the holiday, it's a good deal.
