Published: October 1, 2007 at 2:48 PMLove him too! Love his food (Margaritaville and Cheeseburger in Paradise), but he doesn't have a case in my opinion.
It could be argued that he could complain on any "head" name!
Though Carrot and Parrot do rhyme, hmmmm

Published: October 1, 2007 at 4:00 PMPut the kids' "Carrothead Club" next door to the grown-ups' "Parrothead Bar," and everyone's happy.
Just send the five-percent check for the idea to me via TPI HQ. ;-)
Published: October 3, 2007 at 9:33 AMThat's pretty funny. His lawyers probably know they don't have a case either. But, this is most likely a legal maneuver to send out the message that they will sue anybody for anything that treads near his highly lucrative name recognition. Afterall, his name is his retirement.
Published: October 2, 2007 at 7:18 PMI’m wondering when the comedian Carrot top will also claim infringement.
Published: October 2, 2007 at 7:34 PMI cant stand him or his music, and this idiotic lawsuit just shows more proof that he is a total moron!!!!
Published: October 3, 2007 at 1:59 AMThe Lawsuit may be crazy..........but it's great PR.
By the way......holidays don't get much better than sitting out on the porch at Margaritaville sipping..well...margaritas obviously !
Bring back the Volcano !!
