Not a suprise! Isn't this similar in Theory to Hilton Head or Vero Beach?

It's not DVC, although I wouldn't be surprised if DVC piggybacked on it at some point.

I think I like Hawaii too much to move Stitch's Great Escape there.

Well in related Hawaii news and Disney, I just came back from the Med. Disney Cruise (which was awesome!). Anyway, they asked the guests where they would like to go next with the Disney Magic. There was a tie between Alaska and Hawaii. The Cast Members were not too keen to the idea of cold Alaska, but seemed to like the Hawaii Idea. Maybe this is the start of Disney in Hawaii?

And I am almost certain DVC will have a stake in this as well. Its hard to resist!

DVC will have an alloted number of units set aside for their timeshare holders according to a write up on Yahoo News. It's was made clear that their intentions are not to build into a Hawaiian Disneyland, but simply a resort that will serve as vacation hub where families can learn about the Pacific island culture.
