I think they need to start checking their rides and things better. I always feel safe with Disney and still do. Out of the billions of people that go there there are bound to be problems. I am surprised it hasn't been me yet with the luck I have. :) Looks like some people should be getting a lifetime of free entries to Disney parks. :)

Accidents will happen, and this is no big deal in the least. A hose malfunctions on a truck engine and everybody was removed from the vehicle with no injuries to speak of.
No reason that these guests should get life time pass's.
Give them some free fastpass's for there trouble, but nothing else is needed for a situation like this. Ive spent alot of time waiting in line for rides when they broke down and i wasnt able to ride the attraction and didnt receive any compensation for my trouble or waisted time, and this is no differnt than when any ride suffers a malfunction and no one is hurt.
Now a accident like that which happend on BTRR is a big deal, but this isnt.
