Universal Studios Hollywood finally has made a move to get a property from its new owners at NBC into the Southern California theme park.

Er, actually, make that: USH has announced plans to get theme park visitors into an NBC television show.

USH will make a limited number of tickets to the "Tonight Show Starring Jay Leno" available to USH guests each Friday at the Silver Screen Store, located next to the Studio Tour attraction. The tickets will be for the following week's tapings, and same-day tickets will not be available.

As with all TV tapings, tickets are free, and will be available in the park on a first-come, first-serve basis. Visitors are limited to six tickets each at the Silver Screen Store and all guests must be 16 years or older to be admitted to the taping.

"The Tonight Show" tapes Monday through Friday at 4:30 p.m. at the NBC Studios at 3000 West Alameda Ave. in Burbank. Those holding tickets must arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. to get into the show.

NBC also offers "Tonight Show" tickets through its Burbank studios box office, both on a reserved seat and stand-by basis. The tickets available at USH will be guaranteed seats.

Even before NBC acquired Universal, Leno frequently taped segments at USH, especially at CityWalk where Leno has featured one-on-one interviews with visitors in his regular "JayWalking" segments.
