Has anyone been to Paramount Kings Island Halloween event this year? I am wondering if anyone knows how the crowds have been and if there is a long wait for a ride? I have only been to Cedar Points event and I know it is always jamb packed for its Halloween event.

The actual name of the event is Fearfest, and the crowds aren't that bad at all. Not all of the rides are open, but there are plenty of other things that PKI cooks up for it's guests to do. I was there a couple of weeks ago for Nick or Treat (the daytime portion for the kids), and the crowds were pretty thin. The chilly weather tends to keep some people at home, but if you dress warm, it's no big deal. I'll be there on 10/22 and will return with a report.

Derek,
Thanks for responding. I realized after I sent the message that I called it the wrong name, I think I was thinking CP. Anyway, I wound up listening to the weather reports and that discouraged me from going. I don't know if it rained much down there or not, but I bet it didn't. I should have just taken the chance, this is why I hate basing whether or not I go on a newscaster. Anyway, I may try to go November 5th. I look forward to your report so I know what I missed.
