Need opinions on Knott's Resort Hotel

Knott's Berry Farm: Please give us some opinions on the Knott's Berry Farm Resort Hotel.

My family was going to book a package at the Knott's Berry Farm Resort Hotel, but now I have my doubts after reading some of the reviews posted on tripadvisor.com. Have any of you stayed at this hotel? I'd love to hear your opinions of this hotel?

A hotel for us doesn't have to be overly fancy, but we want clean and safe.
