Everything on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst. Lots of different elements included.
Superman (3) - Honest to God the people operating that ride need to get slapped in the face. Boarding and unloading people is slow and inefficient. One car goes and does the loop (which by the way is not very long), finishes, and sits there for 5 minutes while the other car gets ready. Line is consistently long...you might as well go to a NJ DMV than deal with Superman.
Great American Scream Machine (8) - A nice short wait to a long and exciting ride. One car got going, ran the loop, and the second car started even when the first was still moving, making it the most efficient ride I did. At times it can get uncomfortable cause the padding is a little lackluster, but still an absolute must.
Medusa (8) - I'm still trying to figure out how we waited over one hour for Superman, and ten minutes for one of the best rollercoasters in Jersey. I love the flying chair effect the ride gives...with all the corkscrews and sideways flips it pulls off. Great height and very long. A must.
Kingda Ka (9) - Props to Six Flags for opening this ride after a rainy morning and during a windy afternoon. The wait was about 50 minutes, which, considering the hype, isn't terrible. The ride itself was fantastic...fast, with a great view on top. Well worth the wait...make sure you get there early!
Nitro (9) - Not much to complain about for a ride that's over a mile long and is maybe a 15 minute wait (Kingda Ka fever spread and shredded most of the wait). Always liked Nitro, an amazing drop, awesome speed, and it seems like it keeps on going and going and going...
Despite the rain in the morning, I had a rather good day. People griping about waits need to understand that you cannot go there on a sunny Saturday and expect to waltz to the front of Kingda Ka....it won't work. If patience isn't your thing...make the trip to Dorney Park off 78 in PA. Go on a Monday or Tuesday, me and my friends did that last year in August, the longest wait we had was FIVE MINUTES for both waterpark and theme park. Dorney is also considerably cheaper...two parks is cheaper than SFGA theme park alone.
